Set along the pristine Chula Vista Bayfront, this premier destination offers a refined blend of coastal elegance and modern West Coast innovation. Our venue stands as a new architectural landmark on the San Diego Bay, boasting panoramic Pacific views and world-class amenities just minutes from the vibrant energy of downtown. A dedicated room block will be available at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center starting at $379.00 USD per night. Reservations must be made by attendees on or before Monday, February 8, 2027 to secure the group rate.
Transportation
The Gaylord Pacific Resort is conveniently located just 20 minutes from San Diego International Airport (SAN), with taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft readily available for a seamless transfer. For those staying at nearby accommodations, the resort remains easily accessible via a short commute. To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we recommend coordinating carpools or rideshares with fellow colleagues attending the event.
Parking: Self-parking and valet options are available on-site. Current rates are $45 for self-parking and $65 for valet parking.

The Meritage Resort and Spa is located at 875 Bordeaux Way, Napa, CA 94558. It is 60 miles from Sacramento International Airport, 55 miles from San Francisco International Airport, 47 miles from Oakland Airport, 40 miles from Sonoma County Airport, and 4 miles from Napa County Airport.
Both self-parking and valet parking options are available. Self-parking is $15 per night and valet parking is $25 per night. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are located on-site. A ChargePoint card is needed for payment and Teslas require an adapter.
