We begin with a high-impact general session covering today’s top trends in recruiting, retention, and market positioning—all focussed on driving meaningful business results. Expect sharp insights, a dynamic crisis panel, and practical tools to refine your leadership approach.

In the afternoon, shop-size breakouts offer a collaborative space to tackle real-world business challenges with fellow leaders. We wrap up the day with a general session recap and a memorable dinner inside a cave.

Where to Stay

Room Block

​Standard rooms are available at the special rate of $414 USD per night. After the block closes, room availability and rates will be subject to change, so secure your spot today!

The deadline to book your room at the Meritage under our exclusive discounted room block is August 22, 2025.

Transportation

The Meritage Resort and Spa is located at 875 Bordeaux Way, Napa, CA 94558. It is 60 miles from Sacramento International Airport, 55 miles from San Francisco International Airport, 47 miles from Oakland Airport, 40 miles from Sonoma County Airport, and 4 miles from Napa County Airport.

Both self-parking and valet parking options are available. Self-parking is $15 per night and valet parking is $25 per night. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are located on-site. A ChargePoint card is needed for payment and Teslas require an adapter.
